8.0 Version - Build 0801 - April 19, 2009

- Optional J207 (Free for Super PRO customers) to broadcast data to LapWatcher clients.
- Optional J208 to allow signups from transponders used during Practice sessions and directly from the transponder loop.
- Redesigned to support Windows Vista and Windows 7 (Tested using Windows 7 Beta – Build 7000).
- Saves the last 50,000 records read from decoders (AMBrc and AMBrc3) to eventually recover lost races.
- General performance improved.
- Several minor bug fixes reported by 7.x version’s customers.

7.3 Version - Build 0739 - February 24, 2009

- 'Repair Database' executes extra functions to fix possible index errors.
- Runs in Windows Vista in Native Mode (It does not require "Compatibility for Windows XP" anymore).
- Fixed race report error on races with more than 20 cars.
- Minor modifications on data sent to PolyComp Scoreboard.
- Fixed loop while editing laps on special conditions..

7.3 Version - Build 0735 - July 20, 2007

- Included "slide text for race name and Tem information while using PolyComp scoreboard.
- Fixed error on Series Points that weren't awarding points from TQ and Best Laps if they were for the same racer.
- Fixed error while adding or removing ONE lap on the "Edit Laps" screen ..

7.3 Version - Build 0734 - June 18, 2007

- Included Windows Vista verification and compatibility.
- Changed "Encoding" information to XML header (upload to MyLaps) from "windows" to "uft-8".
- Included support to edit classes names.
- Fixed errors on Race Reports for races with more than one class.
- Fixed error on Series Points that were awarding points from the 2nd. position to the first position.
- Fixed error at the end of the race when the Workstation is running.
- Fixed minor errors that were reported by customers (ELF files).

7.3 Version - Build 0733 - May 5, 2007

- Included optional passwords to administration and race director.
- Included EventTemplate command line parameter to automatically create new events based on current system date.
- Added "Encoding" information to XML header (upload to MyLaps).
- Included additional tests before auto cleaning up.
- Cleaning up now is done before closing the system.
- Fixed restart error after restoring database.
- Fixed filename of Heats and Mains Standings (QRP and HTM).
- Heats Standings were printing Mains Standings (Error on 0732).
- Make sure that TCP/IP is closed before closing the system.
- Fixed Speed parameter on XML of DSQ entries (upload to MyLaps).
- DSQ was counting series points for bumped up.

7.2 Version - Build 0728 - January 31, 2007

- Fixed error on Build 0727 that caused the AMB P3 decoder to be disconnected after the start up.

- Fixed minor errors on Racer profile screen.

- Fixed minor errors while using AMB P3 decoders.

- Fixed error in the first lap time of the Mains (caused by error on Build 0724).

- Number of Rounds of a new Event was not being used until the JLap was restarted.

- Fixed blank "Tip of the Day".

- Fixed error while using "Consider first pass as the first lap".

- Allow to enter transponder and car number while adding a new racer profile.

7.2 Version - Build 0726 - December 15, 2006

- Allows to automatically save database backups in an external drive.

- Included "Tip of The Day" feature.

- Consolidated all fixes from Build 0720 to current Build 0726.

- Fixed TQ information on Series Points for Mains that are organized by "Best Laps".

- Allow to change racer's name on Practice screen even other cars are at the track.

7.2 Version - Build 0725 - December 10, 2006

- Fixed error while setting the AMBrc3 internal clock to be the same as the computer clock. This error was causing wrong first lap times for full field starting Heats and for the Mains.

7.2 Version - Build 0724 - December 5, 2006

- Fixed error on Practice lap times and their reports while using AMBRc3 (TCP/IP).

- Fixed error on Points Series calculation for a few configurations.

- Fixed error that caused time information of the race screen to show as 00:00:00 in very specific configurations.

7.2 Version - Build 0722 - November 25, 2006

- Support to the new AMBrc3 decoder connected via TCP/IP.

Fixed errors found on previous 7.0 and 7.1 Versions. As the following:
- Number of pages to print on the Run screen.
- The Heat Standings report was resetting position to ONE if the list of names goes over to the second page.
- Abnormal end for races using AAA Mains.
- Save order of the races on the Run screen.
- Other minor fixes.

7.0 Version - Build 0721 - October 27, 2006

- Accepts more than 20 cars per race.

Fixed errors found on previous 7.0 Builds. As the following:
- Abnormal end for races using Q-Points if at least one car with ZERO laps.
- Other minor fixes.

7.0 Version - Build 0719/0720 - October 1st, 2006

- Accepts car number ZERO.
- "Top Positions" screen is updated every time one of the top 3 positions changes (It used to update every 3 race laps.
- "Difference" among positions was included on the upload to MyLaps.

Fixed errors found on previous 7.0 Builds. As the following:
- "Difference" data was not recalculated properly on the Race screen.
- "Final Results" report was not showing the correct racers' positions on lower finals (X-Tree format).
- "Practice" was printing only the first lap.
- Other minor fixes.

7.0 Version - Build 0718 - September 21, 2006

New configuration tool for X-Tree. It allows changing number of cars per race and number of bump-ups very easily.

Fixed errors found on previous 7.0 Builds. As the following:
- Remove duplicate Classes if they exist on the conversion from 2005 to 7.0.
- Abnormal end while running heats to use mains sorted by "Best Laps".
- Do not consider "First Laps" as the fast lap anymore.
- Final Results report (while using X-Tree).
- Other minor fixes.

7.0 Version - Build 0717 - September 14, 2006

Fixed errors found on previous 7.0 Builds. As the following:
- Loop when trying to regenerate race reports that ran with multiple classes.
- Transponders Alias setup wasn't getting the correct personal numbers.
- Other minor fixes.

7.0 Version - Build 0716 - September 10, 2006

- Included support to upload race results to MyLaps.com.
- Shows the number of racers, high-lighted in red, for each race (Race Setup screen).

Fixed errors found on previous 7.0 Builds. As the following:
- Adding new racer profiles.
- Sounds and voices not playing after exchanging Practices and Races modes.
- Print Preview automatically closes if the same report is requested.
- Exchanging racers results while editing races.
- Eventual freezing up after running some heat formats.
- Saving Transponder and Car number on the Race screen.
- Other minor fixes.

7.0 Version - Build 0715 - September 1st., 2006

Fixed errors found on Builds 0710, 0711, 0712, 0713 and 0714. As the following:

- Online signup module wasn't the 7.0 version.
- Rotate racers by positions not working.
- Bump Ups not working if the race reports were sent direct to the print.
- Other minor fixes.

7.0 Version - Build 0714 - August 30, 2006

Automatically changes transponders and frequencies on the Heats/Mains when racer's data is changed.

Fixed errors found on Builds 0710, 0711, 0712 and 0713. As the following:

Adding new racers on more than one class.
Reassignment of transponders on the race screen weren't saved for the Event.
Labels (Addresses, Radio Impound and Car Numbers) weren't printing.
Practice reports weren't printing.
Positions rotation wasn't working as on the 2005 version.
Freezing up while change SAPI-5 voices.
Other minor fixes.

7.0 Version - Build 0713 - August 26, 2006

Fixed errors found on Builds 0710, 0711 and 0712. As the following:
Bump Ups not working as they were on 2005 version.
Addresses, Radio Impound and Car Labels weren't working.
Previous Race on General Information screen always unavailable if not using HTML option.
Order of the positions changed on race screen after race was completed.
Other minor fixes.

7.0 Version - Build 0712 - August 18, 2006

  • Fixed errors related to missed modules in the released Builds 0710 and 0711. These modules are related to Bump Ups (when using General Information screens) and when saving Personal Transponders numbers.

7.0 Version - Build 0711 - August 11, 2006

  • Fixed errors related to missed modules in the released Build 0710. These modules are related to AMB20 Transponders, Scores Points and Edit Laps and a few others.

7.0 Version - Build 710 - August 3, 2006

1) Database engine that is 12.7 to 40.8 times faster than the previous engine and it doesn't have its performance affected by large database size.
2) Event setup:
a) Allows events with multiple dates;
b) Allows multiple events on the same date;
c) Allows to select which classes will run in each event.
d) Allows to show only the racers who eventually run the classes of the current event.
3) Racers profiles can be sorted by last or first name.
4) Search capabilities for the Racers profiles.
5) Sign up of racers with expired ID's may be blocked.
6) Sponsors can be defined for each racer.
7) Racer and car photos can be saved in the racers database and in the classes profiles.
8) Navigation button allows to set several parameters without the need to start the "Settings" screen.
9) Better user interface to manage the Track Transponders.
10) Status line on several screens to show brief hints without the need of the Hints balloons.
