An Open Letter to our Valued Customers

At TGR Software, we work hard every day to provide you with a great software experience at competitive prices.

One of the ways we do this is to offer you the industry’s leading race manager system with a very attractive upgrade and technical support agreement program (UTSA). In the event you have the Beta Tester status or the Golden UTSA, it is even better as you don't need to pay a penny anymore.

We are now releasing a new version 9.0 that had required a lot of investments on our side to fully support the Windows 7 official release as well the new Netbooks (8", 9", 10" and 11" small screens) as they are getting more and more available on the marketing.

As a consequence of that, beginning June 1, 2010, we will have to charge a fee of US$49.95 per year from all Beta Tester and Golden UTSA customers to have access to our online services (Downloads, Authentication Certificates, Online Registration and Race Results Uploads). The customers who did not have their UTSA expired will not be charge for those services until the UTSA expires, also when the UTSA is renewed for one year, it will include those services.
